Bedroom 3
- Air conditioned room on the other side of the pool and accessible after climbing a few steps. Queen size bed opening to a nice small balcony with beautiful greenery that surrounds the villa. This room overlooks the pool on one side and a lush greenery on the other. It also has a nice sitting area and a small wardrobe. It has an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser, towels and basic toiletries.
Bedroom 4
- After stepping down a few stairs, this air conditioned room opens to a beautiful open space which offers a small sit-out. This room a queen sized bed, and a small cupboard.

Security Deposit
- A refundable deposit of INR 50,000 is required at booking and returned within 5 business days post-checkout (subject to damages). Deposit amounts may vary depending on group size or stay duration.

- Weddings, milestones, or large events require prior approval, extra venue charges, deposits, and cleanup fees.
Behavior
- Violations of these rules or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of the booking or being asked to leave.

- A security deposit of Rs. 50,000/- is required at the time of booking, which will be fully refunded within 5-7 working days after checkout, provided there are no damages or violations of property guidelines.
- Please note that the number of guests must match the details provided on the booking form, as exceeding the specified count is not permitted. We also ask guests to follow the villa’s house rules, including noise restrictions and occupancy limits. Any property damage will be charged at the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, the villa management cannot be held liable for personal injuries, accidents, or the loss of personal belongings during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
