Behavior
- Violations of these rules or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of the booking or being asked to leave.

- A security deposit of Rs. 50,000/- is required at the time of booking, which will be fully refunded within 5-7 working days after checkout, provided there are no damages or violations of property guidelines.

We also ask guests to follow the villa’s house rules, including noise restrictions and occupancy limits. Any property damage will be charged at the actual cost of repair or replacement.
