CANCELLATION POLICY
- BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
- All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email once the registration form is submitted and processed.
- A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned after your check-out, pending a property inspection.
2. PAYMENT TERMS:
- Full payment must be received before the check-in date to secure your booking.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY:
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing by sending an email to: [email protected]
- The cancellation email must be sent from the same email address used during the reservation.
Refunds for cancellations are as follows:
- 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund (excluding special dates).
- 15 to 30 days before check-in: 80% refund.
- 7 to 15 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.
4. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES:
- A refundable security deposit of Rs.50,000 is required at the time of booking. This will be refunded within 5-7 working days after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of property rules.
- Babette reserves the right to deny entry if the guest count exceeds the number specified on the booking form.
- Guests must comply with house rules, including noise restrictions and maximum occupancy limits.
- Any property damage will be charged at the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Liability:
- The villa management is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
- Guests are advised to have appropriate travel insurance.
2. Changes to Bookings:
- Any changes to bookings (dates, guest details, etc.) must be requested in writing.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3. Force Majeure:
- The villa management is not responsible for any failure to meet obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or government actions.
4. Acceptance of Terms:
- By submitting the booking form, you agree to these terms and conditions.
