Security Deposit
- A refundable deposit of INR 30,000 is required at booking and returned within 5 business days post-checkout (subject to damages). Deposit amounts may vary depending on group size or stay duration.
Special Events
- Weddings, milestones, or large events require prior approval, extra venue charges, deposits, and cleanup fees.
Behavior
- Violations of these rules or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of the booking or being asked to leave.
Policies
- Guests are kindly reminded to take responsibility for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.
- A security deposit of Rs. 50,000/- is required at the time of booking, which will be fully refunded within 5-7 working days after checkout, provided there are no damages or violations of property guidelines.
- Please note that the number of guests must match the details provided on the booking form, as exceeding the specified count is not permitted. We also ask guests to follow the villa’s house rules, including noise restrictions and occupancy limits. Any property damage will be charged at the actual cost of repair or replacement.
